The project entails the demolition of an existing 1930s building and construction of a 6-story apartment building, as part of the national plan for urban renewal “Tama 38”. The small building plot required a continuous front façade in order to maintain the successive street façade typical of this part of Florentin, including commerce at street level. On the ground floor, separated from the street by the commercial façade, there is one apartment with a private backyard. On the upper floors, there are 8 more apartments in various sizes, suitable for a mix of urban tenants who would enjoy a central location in this hip district in South Tel Aviv.
