The project entails the demolition of an existing building and construction of a 10-story apartment building with underground parking, as part of the national plan for urban renewal “Tama 38”. The irregular trapezoid plot posted a planning challenge, in order to meet the land developers' requirements of 38 apartments of varying geometries and sizes. This resulted in a unique building that has five façades, each different from the other, with the front street façade being the narrowest because of the plots challenging geometry, thus composing a slick modern addition to the renewing residential neighborhood.
