The Maronite Quarter is named after a nearby Maronite church, overlooking the old port of Jaffa. As a result of its proximity to the beach and the pastoral atmosphere of old Jaffa, the quarter is currently undergoing substantial residential development.
The project comprises a 3-story boutique building with automatic underground parking. The ground floor apartments both have private yards, while the upper apartments feature wide balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. With respect to the surrounding historic buildings, yet wishing to distinguish the new from the old, the building exterior presents a contemporary interpretation to the local traditional architectural elements and ornaments found in the vicinity.
